对于几何特征尺寸与波长大小同量级,或远小于波长的情况,均可选择“电磁波,频域”接口描述。同时要注意此时网格尺寸不仅要满足有效波长的1/5,还要保证网格尺寸能够解析几何细节特征的变化,取更小的网格。

I have one question that confuses me: how should I simulate a problem where the wavelength is much larger than the model? For example, I would like to simulate the electric field around a microstructure (0.1mm) in the 2–18 GHz band (wavelengths ~15–150 mm). Which multiscale strategies or numerical methods would you recommend in this situation? Thank you very much for your time and help.
